Welcome to Dode’s Diner. Make yourself at home. My name is Richard, (Dode to my kids – Harry & Jess). In fact this blog is kind of their idea. In a few years they’ll both be fleeing the nest and off to further their education (hopefully). So they asked me if they could take some of the family favourites with them, so they can eat tasty, easy to make grub – no bad thing. All recipes here are simple, delicious and won’t break the bank.
